Big Peat is Douglas Laing’s Islay blended malt, introduced in 2009 and built from single malts from Islay distilleries including Caol Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg and Port Ellen. The style combines smoke and coastal character with balancing sweetness and mature depth.
