Campbeltown

Located on the Kintyre Peninsula, Campbeltown was once a bustling center of whisky production, and home to over 30 distilleries. Now only three distilleries remain (Springbank, Glen Scotia and Glengyle), with several more planned for the future. Springbank is the region’s best known distillery, producing world famous whiskies in three distinct styles. Typically, Campbeltown whiskies have a distinctive maritime influence, often featuring briny, smoky, and complex flavours.
